This traditional hotel has been run by the same family for three generations and has been renovated step by step during the last years. Great care has been taken to conserve the overall appearance and the merits of classical modernism which characterize the unassuming building. Buchner Bründler Architekten were in charge of the renovations which included authentic refurnishing and vintage furniture.

A central component of these renewals was its graphical programme which included the in-house newspaper ‚Gazette’ and the updated logo which goes back to the SBB designer Hans Hartmann.
